there are lot of things that I didn't like about this hotel 1. the hotel was not clean, there were here hair on the floor. 2. the sofa was very dirty and unhygienic, didn't feel like sitting on it. It was smelling like trash can

The staff was extremely helpful and polite.Breakfast was excellent as usual and the staff at the restaurant was very hospitable and always smiling which makes for a good experience

The hotel was undergoing some renovation and I got to know that the management is going to change so was a little less cleanliness in the room.overall was a good experience as this is our favourite hotel in Shirdi.

The entire Hotel was under renovation, and restaurant was makeshift - we were not informed of anything before, room tariffs were high as usual, without any proper amenities.Radisson should not call this their property as I have stayed in Radisson properties in India and abroad, and this property does not suit the Radisson label.

The food was amazing , the staff was extremely polite and helpful. Shout out to "Aditi" one of the staff in the buffet section, she was just superb. She not only greeted with a smile but also went out of the way to help us getting food paked for our little bub. May Sai Ram bless all!

Well located... Clean hotel. Staff was very considerate, accommodative and helpful. Aditi, Sagar and Chef Abrahm were perfect with their hospitaliy.

On the day of check in,We found out hotel was not able to handle any visa, Amex credit cards!!!Luckily we were carrying some significant amount of cash to pay for the room.This should absolutely be mentioned before booking for hotel!!So honestly really disappointed about the credit card process since false statement are mentioned on the website.

Breakfast and dinner buffet were really good . Staff Aditi was very kind and courteous. Server our food always with smile .

Hotel Temple Tree Shirdi is a fantastic place to stay within Shirdi and one of the fewer luxury accomaditions in the city.As soon as we drove through the hotel gates and arrived at the Drop Off area, a beautifully dressed doorman in a tradditional costume greeted us and led us to the lobby.The lobby is extravagant and opens up to an atrium. Check-in formalities were easily completed with the kind staff giving us an early check-in.After sipping the welcome drink (a traditional drink in the region), we went to our room. Some floors are in the process of getting renovated, but there is no sound pollution nor any disturbance.The lift opens up to an airy corridor with a lift lobby where chairs are placed. Soon, we entered our room, and the hotel staff even helped us with our luggage.The rooms were state-of-the-art with all the modern facilities you can expect at an internationally renowned 5-star hotel in a highly tourist/pilgrimage area (the only thing missing was a mini fridge!).All toiletries were top-notch, and the rooms felt bright, spacious, and had a touch of luxury.The hotel also had a highly entertaining magic show, with the kind hearted magician personally inviting guests to watch his complimentary and often times private show. After being awed by the magic show, we used the hotel swimming pool. There is a kids pool and a normal adults pool. The pool has towels onsit,e but NO changing/restrooms or lifeguard on duty.The pool was temperature-controlled and made swimming a pleasure! Poolside chairs dotted the pool, and after exitting the pool area there was an extravagant playground, sprawling gardens, an onsite temple, kiosks selling goods in the outside area of the resort.Inside, there is a gift shop, a banquet hall with a separate entrance, a business centre, a toddler play area, a games room on the first floor, and a concierge on the lobby level.

The staff especially at the restaurant were extremely friendly and efficient. Food was good.Of all, I found Aditi at the restaurant exceptional. She was always busy looking after the guests, clearing up the tables etc and for ever with a smiling face. If the guest was a wee bit unhappy, she would be extremely apologetic even if that was for no fault of hers and would go the extra mile to make them satisfied and comfortable. She is an asset for the hotel.

While the booking site indicated that this is a 5-star property, I found it more like a 4-star hotel. The lobby was small and looked a bit worn out. The TV in the room was not working properly and I missed watching the final day's play of a very interesting cricket test match!

Excellent service by the staff. Very courteous and always ready to help. Aditi and Akshay treated us very well! Would highly recommend staying here

Good service cleanliness

No payment choices available we are forced to pay cash they are citing the reasons for credit card payment as server is down and if you want to make payment by credit card you will be charged extra which does not suit the services for a good hotel.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Staff has done extraordinary service. Hotel management is excellent. Cleaniness is good, and temple drop-off off pick-up service is awesome. Would definitely recommend others for the stay.

The service by the 2 staffs Sonu and Sunami were great and good hospitality

The water in the bathroom doesn't flow out soon it gets stagnant and bathroom has no exhaust

Staff Arvind& mrunmayee were very helpful they made our Stay comfortable
